3. Payments

• Payments must be made as agreed before or during project execution
• Delays in payment may result in project delays
• No refunds once work has commenced (unless agreed otherwise)

4. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables belong to the client after full payment
• Adwordtise retains rights to showcase work in portfolio

5. Revisions & Delivery

• Revisions are limited based on the package
• Timelines depend on project scope and client responsiveness

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Business losses
• Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Delays caused by client or external factors

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services in case of:

• Non-payment
• Misuse of services
• Violation of terms

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
